Music

The music philosophy that inspires the show's playlists is: If it's good music, it's getting played.  If listeners want to hear it, they will.  If those tuned in are looking for fresh talent from new bands, they'll find them here.

No song is ever played without a description of its artist, the album it appears on, and the year that it came out.  Often, songs are described in relation to their significance to a specific artist or genre.  If listeners hear something they like, they'll be sure of where to look for more.
